Our 2021 vintage is from the premium cool climate region of Tumbarumba, New South Wales. The wine is a pale straw in colour with a soft green hue. The distinctive style of Sauvignon Blanc is evident on the nose, with Citrus notes predominating. The palate is soft with underlying tones of tropical fruits, the finish is round and full with good length.

Our 2021 Rosé is from the cool climate growing region of Hilltops NSW, a soft musk in colour this wine is prepared off a Shiraz base in the traditional French Provincial style. On the nose hints of strawberries and cream with underlying citrus edge. On the palate, notes of similar flavours with further hints of soft lime and musk. An easy drinking style with a long soft finish, perfect for lazy summer days but equally refreshing all year round.
