It is light straw in colour with lively effervescence and exhibits a delicate clean fresh palate with lemon and citrus tones. The mouthfeel is soft and well balanced with a fine natural acidity.

Our 2019 Shiraz is from the cool climate growing region of Hilltops, NSW. It is garnet purple in colour and the nose carries aromas of dark berries with a classic savoury herb undertone.The palate is medium to full with intense dark berry tones generous and fresh in style. Good length and a lovely soft finish completes this wine.

Our 2019 Chardonnay is from the cool climate growing region of Tumbarumba NSW, its a pale straw in colour with a luminous golden hue. The nose carries tones of ripe peach with an orange blossom lift underscored by subtle spicey oak. On the palate are layers of primary fruit characteristics dominated by orange blossoms and melons, with soft oak integration. An elegant Chardonnay with a soft creamy substructure, a result of time spent on lees. Best drinking one to five years.
