About this product

This sparkling wine is prepared with a traditional blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the cool climate region of Tumbarumba. It is light straw in colour with lively effervescense  and exhibits a delicate clean fresh palate with lemon and citrus tones. The mouthfeel is soft and well balanced with a fine natural acidity.

Very nice brut, not overly sweet but has a nice sweet creamy after taste at the end. If you like a dry brut, that doesn't taste like a desert in a glass I would highly recommend. Although shipping take 10 to 14 days.
