Semi Sweet, Light Bodied style of RoséPairs well with SeafoodOur 2021 Rosé is from the cool climate growing region of Hilltops NSW, a soft musk in colour this wine is prepared off a Shiraz base in the traditional French Provincial style. On the nose hints of strawberries and cream with underlying citrus edge. On the palate, notes of similar flavours with further hints of soft lime and musk. An easy drinking style with a long soft finish, perfect for lazy summer days but equally refreshing all year round.
