Dry, Medium Bodied style of MerlotOur 2017 Merlot is from the Hunter Valley, plum red in colour, the nose carries aromas of plums with leafy notes. The palate is rich and full of black olive, plum and earth tones, integrated with vanillin and charry oak, leaving the wine with a lush mid palate, retained textured tannins and an overall mouthfeel that is soft and round.
