Our 2019 Cradle Shiraz is a rich purple in colour. The fruit is from the premium cool climate growing region of Hilltops, NSW. The nose has a marvellous cavalcade of mulberry fruits, chocolate, cinnamon and white pepper. The palate is full bodied, layered and lingering, underscored by selected time on French oak. This wine is drinking beautifully now but will evolve and cellar well for the next ten years.

Our 2019 Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red in colour. This fruit is from the premium cool climate growing region of Hilltops NSW, the nose carries tones of subtle blue fruits. The palate is medium to full bodied with notes of blue fruits, chocolate and varietal herbs. Selected time on French oak rounds out the palate, delivering a complex yet classic finish. This wine is drinking well now but will also cellar well over the next ten years.
