Our 2019 Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark red in colour. This fruit is from the premium cool climate growing region of Hilltops NSW, the nose carries tones of subtle blue fruits. The palate is medium to full bodied with notes of blue fruits, chocolate and varietal herbs. Selected time on French oak rounds out the palate, delivering a complex yet classic finish. This wine is drinking well now but will also cellar well over the next ten years.

It's elegantly expressed on the nose showing dark plum, spiced cherry, dried herb, floral and toasted nut characters, leading to a beautifully rounded palate that delivers bright fruit flavours backed by fine texture and polished tannins. The wine is well proportioned and harmonious with a lengthy supple finish. At its best: now to 2029.
