Our 2018 Cradle Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep purple in colour. The nose carries notes of blackberry, sweet oak and dried spices. On the palate are rich and full tones of blackcurrant and tomato bush. Selected use of French and American oak used over a 12 month period have delivered a complex wine with excellent tannin structure and plush fruit sweetness. This wine is ready to drink now but will also cellar well over the next 10 years.
