Saar White Vermouth 500mL

Ferdinand’s Saar White Vermouth is the first Riesling based vermouth produced. 12 of the 30 botanicals used in the flagship Saar Dry Gin are macerated in the neutral grain spirit made at the distillery. The botanicals are then pressed and filtered and added to a base of Spatlese Riesling and ortswein from the Zilliken Estate. It is then rested in Mosel Fuder Riesling barrels. The end result is a vermouth that’s perfect for martinis especially with the Ferdinand’s Saar Dry Gin.
