Organic Reposado Tequila 700mL

Grown in the Los Altos highlands, 100% certified organic Blue Weber agave forms the perfect raw ingredient for this flavoursome, overproof tequila. The agaves are hand harvested, slow roasted for 20 hours, and open air fermented at an ambient temperature, before being small-batch triple distilled and hand bottled. The Reposado, after ageing 11 months in Bourbon barrels, has delicate agave, wood and citrus notes. This is the way tequila is meant to be enjoyed: pure, uncut, just pure flavour.
