Organic Blanco Tequila 700mL

Grown in the Los Altos highlands, 100% certified organic Blue Weber agave forms the perfect raw ingredient for this flavoursome, overproof tequila. The agaves are hand harvested and trimmed, slow roasted for 20 hours, and open air fermented at an ambient temperature, before being small-batch triple distilled and hand bottled. The Blanco has a citrus nose, peppery spice on the palette and a long cooked agave finish. This is the way tequila is meant to be enjoyed: pure, uncut, just pure flavour.
