The mash, which is comprised over 90% rye is distilled and aged for a minimum of three years before being bottled. The high rye mash bill and non-chill filtration result in a Whiskey that is noticeably spicy, with notes of cinnamon cloves and dark chocolate but finishes with a touch of sweetness.
