2nd Chance Gin 500mL

Our award winning 2nd Chance Gin was made during the first lockdown. Urban Alley Brewery gave us 100 kegs which we triple distilled, added botanicals (Coriander, Angelica) and we got 1000 bottles of 2nd Chance gin out of it!  
This gin has a good malty beer flavour and is full of hops. A must try!
Primary Botanicals:
Juniper
Secondary Botanicals:
Coriander, Angelica
Nose:
Malted barley, raspberry, hops, fresh bread and jam.
Palate:
Good Punch of pine resin, beer flavour, back to malt. Second tasting brings out rye. touches of herbaceous hop from the IPA develop.
Finish:
Lasting beer hops on the palate with chocolate.
