'Light pink colour, between hot-pink and salmon, the bouquet savoury, subdued, suggesting dried herbs and dry straw. The wine has elevated acidity, which gives a crisp, tangy palate and a refreshing, almost bracing, finish. Dry, lip-smacking aftertaste. It's good value.
