This is the domaines standard cuvee but it is by no means ordinary or average as it is made from perfectly botrytised grapes, a wine of intensity, complexity and balance where the sweetness is balanced by minerality and acid. The style is Sauternes-like but with more minerality and life, less oak and better balance.
