The nose is fresh, fruity, racy, very finely tight and offers a fine straightness. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of quince, small crunchy yellow fruits associated with touches of juicy apple as well as fine hints of crunchy nectarine, peach flowers, a racy minerality, a subtle hint of fresh nutmeg, buttercup and spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, juiciness, a fine tension as well as precision and a fine suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, dry lemon zests, dry kumquat, small notes of yellow apple associated with small touches of crunchy peach, discreet hints of bee wax and an imperceptible hint of hazelnut. Good length.
