Guyot own almost a hectare of En Champ with a vine age of 60 years. Deep garnet. Nose of plums, cherries and minerals. On the palate the wine is expansive with a depth of fruit and a creaminess due to the very old vines. It is spicy and racy with excellent minerality. Finishes with power and a lick of fine Gevrey tannins.
