Pairs well with ChickenIn barrel, as yet unracked. This will go to tank before the harvest and be bottled the following March. Pale colour, while the nose has gone slightly to sleep, not important in such a young wine. Brilliant intensity through the middle, opulent white fruit that is brought in to a more tightly controlled finish, but showing, some additional opulence this year, a little bit, softer than, sometimes. Not peachy though. Properly persistent.
