Dry, Full Bodied style of GamayPairs well with LambThe 2018 Beaujolais-Villages Lantignié La Colline de Cheimieux (as the cuvée formerly named "Pur Cent" has been rechristened) offers up lovely aromas of crushed cassis, blackberries, cherries and spices, followed by a medium to full-bodied, succulent and concentrated palate that's more tightly wound than Burgaud's regular bottling, built to reward a bit of bottle age.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
