Since the eleventh century, the Mas du Novi, former dependency of the Abbey of Valmagne produces wine on one of the most beautiful exceptional terroirs of the Languedoc. Today this estate of 42 ha of vines cultivated in organic farming, in the middle of 60 ha of woods and scrubland, is one of the references of the Languedoc Grès de Montpellier and IGP Oc.
The cuvée chemin de No (s) Vi (es) combines the fruity and spices of Mediterranean wines. Dark garnet colour, purple tints. Warm nose, red and ripe fruits, spicy base. Supple, very fresh, rich and generous on the palate. The sweet fruit is present. A balanced, clean style.
