Cave de Die Jaillance, gathered together a group of winegrowers who agreed to work on a cooperative basis, set around 4 pillars: Preservation of the environment, Guarantee quality from the vine to the glass, support local heritage and offer a fair price to the consumer.
Pale yellow with green reflections. Bouquet with stone fruit aromas and notes of white wildflowers. On the palate, delicate flavours of autumn's fruit and meadow flowers. Well balanced yet allowed a delicate coating of sweetness.
