La Cepa Del PelajoDo Manchuela Ole De Passion 2019
About this product
Made from the selection of the best bunches of the Macabeo variety. Vines cultivated in an ecological way between the valleys of the Júcar River and the Cabriel River.
Harvested by hand in boxes, cold-controlled fermentation to obtain the maximum expression of the variety.
80% aged in concrete tanks for 7 months on its lees and 20% aged in French oak barrels.
Pale yellow wine, perfectly clean and bright. Abundant, thick and glyceric tears, which announce smoothness in the mouth.
Medium-high aromatic intensity, great frankness and clarity of aromas. Primary aromas typical of the Macabeo variety appear in the form of apple and pear, evolving into secondary aromas, appearing jasmine and daisy among other white flowers.
We find a young and awake wine, it marks the characteristic acidity of the variety that stands out in the first sip. With body and volume in the mouth, it glides on smoothly, filling it and unfolding its retronasal aromas. Very pleasant easy mid palate, leaving a good persistence and length.
