The wine producer use a unique production process which gives the wines an array of flavours and aromas with the same features as alcohol-based wines. It is produced from fully fermented mature Organic wine Merlot, Chardonnay and Rosé. The alcohol is then extracted through low temperature vacuum distillation process to obtain totally alcohol-free wine!
