About this product

Nestled in the heart of the Alsace region in Katzenthal, Domaine Ecklé has been family-owned since 1870. Today, the 9.5-hectare estate is meticulously operated by Emmanuel Ecklé, Jean-Paul's fifth son, alongside his daughter.
All the wines produced at Domaine Ecklé come from single vineyards and carry the esteemed AOC Alsace designation. The estate is also home to the prestigious Grand Cru "Wineck Schlossberg."
As proudly independent winegrowers, the Ecklé family is dedicated to organic and sustainable farming methods that preserve both the land and its biodiversity. In recognition of their commitment to the environment, the winery received the High Environmental Value Certification in 2021.
Harvesting is done exclusively by hand, early in the morning to maintain the fruit's freshness. After a gentle pneumatic pressing, vinification takes place in either traditional Alsatian casks or stainless steel vats. The choice of containers varies according to the vintage and grape variety, always with a deep respect for expressing the unique terroir.
Our Pinot Blanc is sourced from vineyards extending from the foothills of Katzenthal to the plains of Ammerschwihr. Only made from quality, meticulously sorted Pinot Blanc and Pinot Blanc Auxerrois grapes.
Sight: Pale brilliant gold.
Nose: Fresh, rich, and intense. Our Pinot Blanc shows notes of white flowers and orchard fruits (apples and peaches).
Taste: Delightful mouthfeel combining freshness and weight.
