100% Mercurey Pinot Noir. This is a single vineyard wine (2ha) with an southern facing aspect and gentle sloping hill in the heart of Mercurey.
The vineyard has been HVE3 certified since the 2020 harvest.
Handpicked the wine are aged in stainless steel for purity of fruit before taking 12 months in old oak.
Magnificent intense red in colour. On the nose, aromas develop quickly. The attack is straightforward, powerful, and retains the fruit. The structure is harmonious and the finish is long.
