44°N encapsulates the exquisite energy and flavour of 12 wild botanicals: Cade, Mimosa, Centifolia and Immortelle by combining modern gin distilling methods with cutting edge perfume extraction technology.
Tasting Notes
Appearance: A transparent white.
Nose: Fresh zingy lemon peel and grapefruit marine breeze, samphire, punctuated by touches of mimosa. Cade adds woody, piny facets.
Palate: Floral body with hints of Grasse's rose centifolia and jasmine middle notes of bitter orange countered with a herbacous punch of angelica.
