About this product

The Koval Millet is aged in new American oak barrels from Minnesota. Millet is a prized grain in Asia and Africa and popular base for spirits in Nepal, though this is the first whiskey to be made from Millet. In this Koval whiskey “heart cut” of the distillate is used, no “heads” or “tails”.

Very smooth on the nose and the palate. Approachable but nuanced. Rice, coconut and caramel. So so good
