Fair Kumquat is the perfect Triple Sec for your margarita cocktails. It contains half the sugar content that its competitors and it also Organic Certified! The kumquat fruit is a superfruit rich in antioxidants and vitamin C. Mainly grown in Southeast Asia, it symbolizes good luck.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Strong blood orange notes, very fresh and fruity. Notes of fresh pressed orange juice.
Palate: Great balance, extremely smooth. Lovely notes of mandarin, orange and citrus, but also orange blossom.
Finish: Slightly spicy.
Kumquat Margarita: 50mL of Tequila or Mezcal.
20mL of FAIR Kumquat Liqueur.
10mL of lime juice.
Shaken & stirred.
Served in coupette.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
