HKBHong-Kong Baijiu 700mL
About this product
Seen In Netflix Boss Level Movie
Baijiu is the most consumed spirit in the world, but very few in the Western world have ever heard of it. Just as Hong-Kong is the contact point with China, so HKB is the point of contact with baijiu.
HKB is made by a small producer in Sichuan, a province in south-west China bordered by the Himalaya mountains. It is produced by fermenting a blend of five different cereals in mud pits. After careful distillation, it is left to rest in large ceramic jars for at least two years.
The result is a modern baijiu, perfect for mixing and excellent as a base for classic or innovative cocktails.
The nose is delicate with notes of red fruits, green apple, grass and herbs. The taste is sweet, attractive, with subtle notes of fruits. The finish is long and fragrant.

30 ml Lime juice
20 ml Sugar syrup
