Food matchPairs well with Seafood
The mild weather this growing season made for a longer than usual ripening period. This produced more intense fruit characters and coupled with the fine acid, has produced a well balanced and fruit driven wine.

Colour: Straw with golden green hues

Nose: Passionfruit and pineapple and a touch of ripe white nectarine is paired with lively lemon notes.

Palate: White peach and pineapple with a touch of sweetness in the middle palate is balanced beautifully with lively lemony acid, finishing clean and long.

Food match: Natural Oysters

Winemakers Commets: A great vintage that has produced lovely tropical fruit with acid balance a great mouth feel and sweet undertones to produce a wine of distinction.
