The oldest cooperative cellar in France, created in 1895, the vineyards of Ribeauvill have been there since the Middle Ages. It were the Lords of Ribeaupierre and the Benedictine monks who first made use of the natural resources with its south facing slopes and different topsoils. The Cave produces a vast range of wines that represent the great quality of Alsace wines.
