About this product


The wines undergo a cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation and gentle extraction of the skins. Ageing then follows for 12 months for the villages and 15 for the Premier and Grand Crus.
After a few years the nose becomes vegetable or animal, with scents of mushrooms, truffles or woodland undergrowth.
