The Domaine is equipped with oak vats tailored for each appellation. The vibrating sorting table and vertical press both play a key role in bringing out the best in the grapes. For ageing, eight cooperages bring a range of oak nuances depending on the characteristics of each plot and the vintage. This meticulous care extends right through to bottling, done in accordance with the lunar calendar.
