Dry, Full Bodied style of MeroltMERLOT is from the variety of the same name and has been produced in our vineyard with a reduced yield. Bright ruby-red in colour with a complex aroma of red berries, it is accompanied by herbal notes and undertones of vanilla as a result of maturing for months in oak barrels. The taste is full, with soft tannins and a long lasting aftertaste.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
