The color is straw yellow, and the nose, elegant, comes with white field flowers, freshly cut hay and mineral hints. The body is unctuous, with good acidity and perfectly integrated alcohol. The taste brings a combination of bergamot pear, ripe apple and bitter white cherry. The aftertaste, long and intense, leaves sensations of melon, citrus fruits.
