This is long on the tongue and grabs your attention with zingy sherbet acidity and follows through with classic gooseberry and fresh green herb flavours. There's just a hint of tropical fruit in the background to deepen the flavour profile. Fresh and clean and a must for those who love the racier styles of Sauvignon Blanc.
