About this product

Hand-picked grapes are pressed and run straight to 2 year old French puncheons for wild yeast fermentation. Only 100 dozen produced. Varietal characters dominate the subtle oak and lees notes here with dried mountain herbs, black currant, yellow guava and ripe grapefruit. Very juicy and tightly focused palate. Pithy yellow tropical fruit and intense grapefruit with mineral edged acidity that would compliment any haute cuisine.
