Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot NoirSourced off the Mahana block in the Upper Mourtere, where the majority of Woollastons Pinot Noir is planted. This is a savoury structured Pinot. Evolved plum and red fruits with smoky and earthy notes. Attractive lifted florals. Medium bodied, sweet and silky to start then the ripe tannins build into a fairly solid structure. Broad and expansive on the finish the concentration is evident in the long, lingering flavours.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
