About this product


This Pinot Gris gets partial skin contact as well as natural yeast fermentation and the result is a bronzed straw colour, restrained nose with hints of savoury notes such as fermented rice, malt and subtle fruit spice. There are ripe pear and stone fruit flavours, lots of sweet spices and a light bitterness from the skins. Long and lingering it turns to minerals, spice and white peach kernel on the finish.
