Pheasant's TearsSaperavi
About this product
Saperavi is the best known red in Caucaus Georgia, a region that has been producing wine for over 8000 years with little having changed in the manner of production for the last 4000 years, where wines are fermented in clay amphoras called qvervi and buried. The wine are almost black in colour, bold, earthy, very dry with flavors of black currant and toasted almond with an elegant, natural tannin structure and benefit being enjoyed with food.
