Vinea Marson

Prosecco 2013

Mario Marson has worked in the wine industry for over thirty years in both the Yarra Valley and more recently in Heathcote, central Victoria. In the Yarra Valley it was spent at Mount Mary, and while establishing his own vineyard, he worked as winemaker at Jasper Hill, both icons of Australian fine wines. This Prosecco has a fine bead, aromatics of green apple and pear. The palate has gentle acidity and good length with a mid-palate pear richness due to the addition of a bit of Pinot Bianco.
