KI NO BI KYOTO DRY GIN 45.7% alc/vol Inspired by tradition, KI NO BI is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto with 11 botanicals mainly from Kyoto such as tea, yuzu (citrus) and ginger. A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sansho pepper that lingers like a morning mist in a bamboo forest. Ginger root gives a slightly warming, spicy finish.
