Using grain sourced from the harsh farming region of the Murray Mallee and aged in seasoned new American oak barrels for several years in the varying Melbourne climate, the taste is a delicate balance between the distinct rye character and the sweet oak influence.

Smooth, intensely rye, I really like everything about this whiskey...can't get enough. Hudson Rye increasingly difficult to get and this is what I have moved on to!
