Bottled Cocktail Made With: The Gospel Solera Rye, Aromatic Bitters, The White Oaks Saloon Sugar Reduction
Directions: Keep chilled before serving. Pour approximately 2.5-3 shots (75-90ml) into a chilled tumbler glass filled with ice and garnish with a fresh orange & lemon peel. Ensure to squeeze the peels over the cocktail before placing it into the cocktail to release the fresh citrus oils. Enjoy responsibly.
The Story of Gospel Distillers: The Gospel Distillers based in the inner city Melbourne suburb of Brunswick are Australia's only dedicated rye whiskey distillery. Making whiskey from 100% local grain from a single farm in the Mallee River Region of South Australia and ageing it in virgin American oak barrels.  
The Solera Rye is made from 100% Australian Mallee Rye, grown in one of the driest regions of the driest country in the world. They use 100% rye mash – double distilled and then matured in Melbourne, Australia in a two-story tall bespoke Solera system; a combination of New American oak and Australian Wine Barrels.
