Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Expected colour development; a rich and layered wine with supple black fruits and a substantial amount of new oak surrounding the fruit; the tannins are fine and soft, the mouthfeel good. Less expenditure on oak might have made a better wine.
