Sorby AdamsJellicoe Amelia Riesling 2013
About this product
The Amelia is our off-dry Riesling. Pale straw with unctuous aromas of juicy white peach, lime, nectarine and yellow plum fruits perfumed top-notes of frangipani and orange blossom show themselves along with hints of soft spice, mandarin, paw paw and a light waft of botrytis influence which is kept in check by a sheath of bright, minerally acidity. Great balance on the finish which is unctuous and lingering.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.

Has all the ingredients to become a lovely wine in 5 or so years; lime juice fruit, perfect acid/sugar balance and great length. So, even though it is nice now, do yourself a favour and put some aside.
