Sorby Adams Jellicoe Eden Valley Riesling 2024 - "Offering fabulous fruit purity and finesse, the delicately fragrant bouquet shows Granny Smith apple, lime cordial, lemon pith and white floral notes, leading to a concentrated palate offering terrific tension and drive. Finely textured and persistent with beautifully pitched acidity, leading to a sustained, refined finish. At its best: 2028 to 2040."

Sorby Adams Tristan Barossa Shiraz 2022 - "Incredible colour in the glass suggests there is plenty in here to appeal. It’s a highly perfumed wine displaying all the ripe plummy blackberry nuances you expect from the Barossa. Winemaker Simon Adams isn’t afraid to use oak and in this case, has whacked in French oak for 24 months. But it’s lapped it up to strike balance and poise. Rich and succulent with plush velvety smooth flavours. Sensational value for this quality. Cellar 12 years."
