No Barossa range would be complete without a GSM. On the nose you get a fragrant mix of raspberries and dark plum with a slight hint of pepper and sage bush. Then the palate has its turn, delivering a soft and supple medium bodied flavour combo of such appeal. So silky smooth and supple throughout.

This is splendidly expressed on the nose, showing dark berry, rich floral, mixed spice and toasted almond aromas. The palate delivers succulent fruit flavours with excellent weight backed by supple texture and polished tannins. Beautifully rounded yet wonderfully structured with a persistent flavoursome finish. At its best: now to 2032.
