About this product

GI: Craneford (Eden Valley) and Ebenezer (Barossa Valley) Dark scarlet red with black edge. Wonderfully ripe and fragrant, the nose is filled with dark plum, cassis and subtle toasted almond. Beautifully weighted, the intense fruit flavours of plum and blackcurrant are complexed by earthy tobacco and oak spice. An elegant and flavoursome wine of harmonious fruit and polished tannins. Matured in French oak (20% new) for 24 months (4 year air dried oak. Francois Frere and Taransaud Coopers  tight grain.) Perfect for herbed lamb or salt and pepper pork on greens. "So very Cabernet, this is a fab drink from the Barossa's Sorby Adams.
