It’s a highly perfumed wine displaying all the ripe plummy, blackberry nuances you expect from the Barossa. Winemaker Simon Adams isn’t afraid to use oak and in this case, has whacked in French oak for 24 months. But it’s lapped it up to strike balance and poise. Rich and succulent with plush velvety smooth flavours. Sensational value for this quality."
